The prior owner customized the exterior, and It features a plastic body construction with motor, metal wheels and plastic t.. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. There are light scratches along the chassis and the wheels & trucks show signs of wear. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
