The reader can be set to scan barcodes continuously or one at a time by squeezing the trigger.The barcode reader's 7' USB cable plugs into the USB port of a computer or another host system (sold separately) to transmit barcode data and power the barcode reader. This product weighs 4.3 oz. and measures 7.1 x 2.4 x 2.4 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
